# Terms of service

These terms apply to printing and related work ordered from Chapawala, a unit of 3D SARP Enterprise (GSTIN 19AHAPC5212H1ZU), Behala, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, in the shop, by phone, WhatsApp, email or through this website.

## Quotes

A quote is valid for 15 days unless it says otherwise. Prices depend on the quantity, size, paper, colours and finishing in the quote; changes to any of these can change the price. GST is charged as applicable.

## Your files and content

You confirm that you own or have permission to print everything you send us — text, logos, photos and designs — and that it is lawful. We may refuse work that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or asks us to copy documents that may not be reproduced. Security and verification printing is done only for the organisation that issues the document, with proper authorisation.

## Proofs

Where a proof is offered, please check it carefully. Once you approve a proof we print what it shows, and mistakes in an approved proof are not our responsibility. Colours on screen and on different papers vary slightly; exact colour matching needs a printed proof.

## Payment

An advance may be asked for before work starts, especially for large or custom jobs. The balance is due on delivery or collection unless agreed otherwise in writing.

## Delivery and collection

Delivery dates are given in good faith and depend on prompt approval of proofs and payment. Please collect finished work within 30 days; after that we cannot guarantee to keep it.

## Problems with an order

Check your order when you receive it and tell us within 7 days if anything is wrong. If the fault is ours — for example a printing or binding defect, or a wrong quantity — we will reprint or correct the affected items, or refund for them. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the affected part of the order.

## Your files after printing

We do not keep your files longer than needed for the job and any repeat order you ask for, and we do not use them for anything else. See our [privacy notice](https://chapawala.com/privacy.html) .

## This website

The information on this website is for general guidance; the quote and order confirmation are what count. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata have jurisdiction.
