When you send an enquiry or quote request we receive your name, phone number, email, GSTIN (if you give it), your message and any file you attach. When you order, we also keep the order and billing details needed by law.
Only to reply to you, quote, print and deliver your job, issue invoices, and meet tax and legal duties. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Files you send are used only for your job. They are stored securely and deleted when no longer needed for the job, a repeat order you ask for, or legal records. Documents with personal data (for example ID cards or certificates) are handled only by staff working on that job.
This website counts visits on our own server without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. If Google Analytics is switched on, Google's own privacy terms apply to it.
We share details only when needed to complete your order (for example with a courier), with our accountants and tax authorities as required by law, or when the law requires it.
