ID Cards

What we print

• Student ID cards for schools, colleges and coaching centres.
• Employee and staff ID cards for offices, factories and hospitals.
• Event passes, visitor cards, library cards and access cards.
• PVC cards, or paper cards laminated for daily use, printed on one side or both.

Every card different

• Send one data sheet (Excel or CSV) with names, numbers, classes or departments, blood group and any other details, plus the photos.
• Name each photo by roll or employee number, or send them in a ZIP, and we match every photo to its row.
• Add a QR code or barcode carrying the card number for attendance, library or gate checks.

How it works

• Share your layout, or send your logo and colours and we set the card design for you.
• Send the data sheet and photos.
• Check a proof: we look for spelling mistakes, missing photos and poor crops before printing.
• We print, cut and hand over the cards in roll or employee order, ready to give out.

Good to know

Clear, front-facing photos on a plain background give the best cards. Keeping the same design on file means new joiners and lost cards can be printed later in small numbers. For cards that must be hard to copy, add security features such as UV elements, microtext and guilloche patterns.
